I'm so pleased to have the opportunity to provide delicious cheese, fresh curd and the best tasting bread to a community whose tradition it was (since 1956!) to pick up their cheese at "the cheese stand" located at the corner of Ridge Rd. and Brick Schoolhouse Rd. I sell cheese from Golden Age Cheese Company located in Woodhull NY.
Since 1983 Golden Age Cheese has been serving 100% naturally mild to aged cheddars and are 100% rBST free milk, and they never manufacture their cheeses with animal rennet, they use strictly vegetable or microbial rennet.
Fresh baked bread and pies daily! Also offering a variety of croissants and other fresh baked pastries, including the always popular pepperoni bread! Fresh fudge is also on the menu with several delicious flavors available. And my newest addition... Shredded Wheat Bread!
Locally Sourced Cheese and Bread
4, 7, 11, & 20 year aged Cheddars, Swiss Cheese, Horseradish, Pepper jack, Smoked Gouda. Freshly baked breads such as: Baguettes, Italian, mini herb sandwich loaves, pepperoni bread, shredded wheat bread and a variety of baked croissants and pastries! And for those of you with that "sweet tooth", a wide assortment of freshly made FUDGE! I change it up from time to time, so be sure to visit often!
